This chair-based yoga class is designed for women seeking a supportive and accessible approach to movement. Through guided breathwork and mindful, chair-supported movement, participants are invited to build strength, enhance mobility, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness and ease. Over four weeks, the series offers a consistent rhythm that supports both individual well-being and a growing sense of community. This class IS WEEKLY, but you only need to register for the first class at the top of the month, in which you pay for all four classes.
$68 per month for 4 classes (on Wednesdays)
Registering once for this program will cost $68 and qualify you for 4 chair yoga classes within the month of May, on Wednesdays at 11am here at the Club.
