Our Member Susan Currie is a member of the Learned Kindred of Currie, Scotland, the presenter of this concert.

The Pipes of Christmas is a festival for the soul from the bold sounds of the bagpipes and the harmonious blending of brass, strings and percussion, to the poetic and lyrical words that complement them. Their story is here: https://pipesofchristmas.com/about/ Since making its debut in 1999, The Pipes of Christmas has played to standing room only audiences. Now a cherished holiday event, the concert provides audiences with a stirring and reverent celebration of the Christmas season and the Celtic spirit. Audience-goers return year after year to experience the program, many reporting that the Pipes of Christmas has become part of their family’s annual Christmas tradition.

They play every year in Boston, New York and New Jersey; and the Clan leader, Bob Currie stays at The Club often.
